It detects and displays the presence of TTL pulses up to 20MHz. The Amprobe 15XP also has a high-speed continuity beeper, fused AC and DC current to 10A, DC voltage to 1000V, AC voltage to 750V, wide resistance range to 20Mohms, and diode testing. 2000-count autoranging with logic test for electronic and field service applications.
The 15XP has eight functions, 30 ranges and is CAT II 1000 V rated. Safety test leads, battery, Operator's Manual, extra fuse and rubber holster are included. This 11-ounce meter measures 6" x 2.75" x 1.25" and comes with a one-year warranty.
