Warranties & Replacement: All hand tools will be covered by a lifetime warranty through Tecra Tools directly. All test equipment and power tools warranties must be handled directly through the manufacturer for repair or replacement.


Our Terms
Tecra Tools® has no minimum order for credit card transactions, minimum order requirement for NET30 terms $500 per PO, NET45 $750 per PO and NET60 $1,000 per PO. NET terms: Tecra Tools reserves the right to change term policies without notice. Shipping
Our standard method of shipping is UPS (United Parcel Services). The services offered are based on UPS standard delivery terms which follows business day delivery (Monday - Friday). Federal holidays falling on business days are not counted. UPS Saturday Delivery is offered by request only on Next Day Air Service in selected areas. If your order is in stock, but received after 2 PM Mountain Standard Time, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

APO/FPO Military Address
To serve our US Government customers located overseas, we will gladly ship to an APO/ FPO address when requested. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to the APO/FPO zip code. Since it is impossible to track packages to APO/ FPO addresses and thereafter inside Military Mail, Tecra Tools is not responsible for any undelivered items. NOTE: Our sales staff will contact you with total USPS shipping costs and date of shipment as it will not be reflected on your online order form. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service staff at 1-800-284-0808.

Payment Terms
We require pre-paid authorization to Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. You may also send check or money order but no cash through the mail please. Open accounts are available to highly rated firms, government agencies, recognized schools, national institutions, hospitals, and medical centers. For government buyers we also accept SmartPay (IMPAC) cards. To open an account send commercial and bank references. Our terms are Net 30 Days. To expedite your initial order you may wish to send payment or use a credit card.

Prices
All prices are net. Appropriate trade discounts have been deducted. For quantity discounts call for our latest quotation. We hold our price whenever possible; however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Taxes
Tecra Tools® reserves the right to add any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes as required by law. Companies wishing to gain tax exempt status must provide copies of required documentation and licenses before orders will be shipped.

Returns and Repairs
Any discrepancy or claims for damage must be made within 5 days. If shipment was via UPS or a common carrier, properly note the damage on the shipping receipt, and immediately request an inspection. If your parcel appears to be lost, call and we will trace the shipment or re-ship as soon as possible. All returns must be pre-authorized and clearly marked "returned goods" and returned within 10 days (customer is responsible for all return shipping costs). Custom Cases, Custom Kits, Special Order Items (SPC's), Clearance/Sale/Promo Code Items and Test Equipment are Non Exchangeable, Non Returnable or Non Refundable. Exceptions may apply but not without prior authorization from Tecra Tools. All repairs or returns must be pre-arranged through Tecra Tools' Customer Service Manager. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization. Some products may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 15%.

To Order by Mail
Send your order on your company's P.O. or a full sheet of paper with the following information: Tecra's part number, description, quantity, and price with check or money order. Mail Orders to 6235 Lookout Road, Suite C, Boulder, CO 80301. Tecra Tools stocks most of the items in our website, but in the case of special orders or back orders you will be notified of the shipping date as soon as possible. Shipping. Except for oversize items and special requests Tecra Tools ships via United Parcel Service. On open accounts the shipping charge will be pre-paid and added to your invoice. On credit card and pre-paid orders there will be a minimum of $7.00 shipping and handling charge. The shipping and handling charges will vary according to the weight, insurance and destination of the package shipped. International shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be quoted at time of order.

Errors and Omissions
Tecra Tools® cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the content of this site. Compensation, if any, for any error or omission is at the sole discretion of Tecra Tools.

International Shipments
Overseas international or domestic orders bound for export via Freight Forwarder or 3rd Party Procurement, are subject to the following conditions: All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. The customer is solely responsible for any certifications, documentation, duties, taxes or any other charges imposed by customs or government to allow import into your final destination/country. ALL sales to international destinations are final... No refunds, exchanges or returns will be authorized. Tecra Tools cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind for any international or domestic orders bound for export via Freight Forwarder or 3rd Party Procurement.

Min Order Requirement (International): All International orders are subject to a $2000.00 minimum charge and a $40.00 Bank Wire/ACH Maintenance Fee. All international orders or domestic orders bound for export via Freight Forwarder or 3rd Party Procurement are subject to 100% PRE-PAID basis. We only accept pre-payment by way of bank wire transfer/ACH. We, DO NOT accept any other payment offers such as C.O.D. terms, international credit cards, domestic credit cards, check or certified checks for international orders or domestic orders bound for export via Freight Forwarder or 3rd Party Procurement. Please note that any instances of overpayment or duplicate Bank Wire Transfers cannot be returned. However, the excess amount can be utilized in one of two ways: it can either be credited to your account as a credit memo for a future purchase, or it can be applied to your current order for additional products. Any and all over payments will not be refunded and will be surrendered to Tecra Industries, Inc DBA: Tecra Tools, Inc., justCASES. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Shipping Terms (International): Client to arrange pickup, shipment, export and import. Tecra Tools will notify client when shipment is ready for pickup and will provide final shipping weights and dimensions. Product not picked up within 20 business days is subject to forfeit and returned to stock with no return of payment. Tecra Industries, Inc DBA: Tecra Tools, Inc., justCASES will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or seized product.

  1. Order Hold Period: Tecra Industries, Inc. will hold an order for a maximum of 20 days starting from the date the invoice is issued. This means that during this 20-day period, the customer's ordered products will be reserved and not released back into inventory.

  2. Customer's Responsibility: The customer has a window of 20 days from the date of the invoice to pick up their order. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that they retrieve their order within this timeframe.

  3. Failure to Meet Deadline: If the customer fails to pick up their order within the 20-day window, Tecra Industries, Inc. will take action. Specifically, the product(s) will be released back into inventory. Additionally, any funds or payments associated with the order will be forfeited to Tecra Industries, Inc. This means that the customer will not receive a refund or credit for their order if they miss the deadline.
